Ed has been involved in radio theater acting , writing & directing since the late 1990’s. He wrote & directed the sci-fi comedy/adventure series Patch & Click and co-wrote the radio script for the Eventual Man with James Tokely. Ed is currently working on the script for the sequel to Patch & Click, hopefully to go into production this fall. He is also the host of the Post Modern Hootenanny show on Thursday nights 8-10 PM on WMNF Community Radio, 88.5 FM in Tampa wmnf.org
Gloria S. Day
Susan O’Gara has performed in musicals, dramas and comedies in both professional and community theatre in both Ireland and Florida. She received her B.A. in Drama and M.S. in Speech Pathology from Florida State University. Favorite lead roles include Hello Dolly, Foxfire, The Secret Affairs of Mildred Wilde, Lettice and Lovage, The Rainmaker, The Homecoming; support roles in Oklahoma, Mame, Othello, Dearly Departed, Mornings at Seven, Steel Magnolias. Susan has been seen in 2 independent feature films: the ah of life and Daniel’s Lot. As well as acting, singing and dancing, Susan has studied mime, clowning, and voice over. She received numerous acting awards in the Irish Drama Festival Circuit and Tampa Bay Community Theatre Awards. Susan is interested in film, radio and theatre which enrich the viewer bringing not only joy and laughter, but knowledge, understanding, compassion, forgiveness, and enlightenment to the soul.
Caesar D. Day, Pindar, General Gannady, Pharaoh Amunatun
Actor, playwright and director Ed Stevens earned an M.A. in Theatre Arts from San Diego State University and interned at La Jolla Playhouse and The Globe Theater. His play After, a post-9/11 story, received the Kennedy Center’s 2005 David Mark Cohen Playwriting Award. He appeared as King Marchand in the Sarasota Players’ production of the musical Victor Victoria.

Suzy is an actress of film, tv and stage. Highlights include “Carlitios Way” and “Sopranos”. She holds an MFA in Dramatic Arts from the New School Unviersity, Actors Studio Drama School. While in New York she was also managing director of her theatre company P.L.AY. Put Life Ahead of You, a theatre company dedicated to new scripts and the artistic development of troubled youth. Secretly trained from birth to be an Astrati mad scientist, Steve Davis-Thompson revels in roles that lampoon the sinister side of humanity. Steve most recently appeared in The Tocobaga Bargain, another production by Pirates and Angels and WMNF Soundstage.

Michael Magruder usually builds scenery and props for Pirates and Angels productions, but for this radio play he put down the electric drill and picked up a microphone. Jah mon!
Charmian made her acting debut as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at Lincoln Elementary in Scotia, New York and has been living in a fantasy world ever since.
Mimi Reilly (Liza Pescadera), is an actual hairstylist who has owned her salon/boutique, Star Booty, for sixteen years. Mimi is a native of New York City but has lived in St. Petersburg, Florida on and off since 1980.
Liza, in Cosmic Significance, is her first acting role. Being part of a radio production wasn’t something she ever expected but was excited to be part of having grown up listening to Mystery Theatre, Bob and Ray, Pegeen Fitzgerald and other great programs broadcast on WOR, NY.
Ms. Reilly lives in St.Pete’s old southeast neighborhood, sharing a bungalow with her boyfriend Eddie, two big dogs and five cats.
